位於西營盤的 MoMo Café 以全新自助餐推廣來慶祝普天同慶的聖誕節。節日自助餐提供各款美 味佳餚,包括時令肥美即開生蠔,鱈場蟹腳,節日限定烤火雞及慢煮香草烤頂級牛扒, 客人於平安夜及聖誕節當晚惠顧自助晚餐,每位更將附送由總廚親自主理的慢煮帶子配露荀一客。另一個新推廣的亮點,是由十一月中旬起換上的日系美食站。日系美食包括天扶良,自家製日式叉燒地獄拉麵及秘製芥末醬炒琵琶蝦。
MOMO Café in Sai Ying Pun is celebrating Christmas with a new buffet promotion. Festive buffet serving with savory favorites such as seasonal freshly shuck Oyster, Snow Crab Legs, Roasted Turkey and slow cooked herb roasted prime rib. What’s more, Enjoy a complimentary Sous Vide Scallops with Asparagus on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinner buffet. Another highlight of MoMo Café’s new buffet spread from mid of November is the Japanese Station which features homemade Japanese Pork Belly Ramen in Japanese spicy soup, Japanese Tempura and fresh slipper lobster in secret wasabi sauce.

由2019年11月1日起至2020年1月31日,「蟹‧王 邂逅 秋色下午茶」將於每天下午三時至六時在「廚意」供應。主廚楊國章和他的團隊巧妙地撮取了螃蟹和日本王林蘋果之精髓,製作了5款特色鹹點和4款甜點,為客人提供一個意想不到的味覺雙重享受。在即將換上暖暖毛衣的季節裡,可同時品嚐到螃蟹的鮮味和日本王林蘋果的清甜,實在是兩全其美。From 1 November 2019 – 31 January 2020, the “Extra-orin-ary Crab Afternoon Tea” set will be available at Kitchen Savvy daily from 3:00pm – 6:00pm. Head Chef Justin Yeung and his team have skillfully drawn out the essence of both ingredients and created an exquisite set of 5 savoury crab bites and 4 Orin-apple-filled desserts that offer guests a unique opportunity to taste the best of both worlds in the coming sweater weather.
