由2020年8月17日起至11月1日,唯港薈大堂餐廳GREEN將首度聯同 Häagen-Dazs™及奢華香檳品牌Champagne Louis Roederer攜手呈獻Häagen-Dazs™ x Champagne Louis Roederer下午茶,餐單由Hotel ICON糕餅行政總廚何偉誠師傅(Danny Ho)獨創,以兩個品牌都具備的水果元素作靈感,配以精湛手藝把Häagen-Dazs™多款經典口味雪糕製成特色甜點,再配搭Champagne Louis Roederer Brut Premier入饌的鹹點,然後享用一杯白桃士多啤梨Louis Roederer Brut Premier香檳,完美組合仿如走進夏日果園。現場更無限量提供迷你Häagen-Dazs™雪糕杯,當中包括全新推出的哈密瓜雪糕及升級版芒果雪糕,令人樂不思蜀,相信這個珍貴不凡的下午茶定能為食客帶來一次難忘的冰涼夏日感官之旅。

大堂餐廳GREEN擁有全亞洲最大之室內垂直花園,集咖啡廳及小餐館於一身。充滿水果風情的下午茶主題配上GREEN綠悠悠的舒適環境,讓食客於繁忙的都市中享受一絲閒情。

Häagen-Dazs™ x Champagne Louis Roederer下午茶先以任食迷你Häagen-Dazs™雪糕杯(100ml)及唯港薈自家製英式傳統鬆餅揭開序幕,緊接著重頭戲 —— 一系列於GREEN獨有的鹹甜點,給予雪糕及香檳愛好者雙重味蕾衝擊:五款上乘甜點均配搭Häagen-Dazs™經典口味雪糕,包括椰子白朱古力雲呢拿雪糕、杏仁朱古力脆皮黑朱古力雪糕及芒果雪糕配百香果朱古力外層,朱古力外層令雪糕口感層次昇華。

GREEN廚師頂級的甜品手藝如同在創造精緻的藝術品,為雪糕注入新生命。其中Häagen-Dazs™哈密瓜雪糕及士多啤梨朱古力醬蘸士多啤梨雪糕更模擬真實水果的外觀,由製作到完成整個甜品都非常講求廚師手藝的精湛程度,廚師需在低溫環境及有限時間下進行雪糕定型,讓食客既能享受啖啖果肉的幼滑雪糕,亦能滿足其視覺及美感享受。而是次下午茶的擺設亦極具特色,放在盤底的乾冰升起一縷縷輕煙,令人猶如置身仙境,如幻似真的感覺帶你感受深層次冰涼感官之旅,教人一試傾心,絕對是下午茶最佳打卡之選。

The journey begins with free-flowing Häagen-Dazs’ favourite minicups, including its latest hit cantaloupe melon and rich mango flavour. And, a glass of Champagne Louis Roederer Brut Premier with Peach and Strawberry delivers the magical finishing touch to this ultimate gastronomic journey in the comfort of GREEN’s divine summer garden.

Escape all hustle and bustle. Chill out in style, indulge in the divine ambience of GREEN and immerse in this fruity-themed afternoon tea offering. Appreciate the tranquility of GREEN – one of Asia’s largest vertical garden, an oasis nestled in the heart of Hong Kong’s hustling concrete city, which is both a popular café and Brasserie.

The gourmet journey begins with a free flow of Häagen-Dazs™ minicups (100ml) and housemade traditional British scones. Innovative delicacies accentuate the experience, as the chef’s culinary skills and creative exploration go beyond boundaries in transforming his desserts into artistry. Bursting with heavenly flavours, five tantalizing sweets and five delectable savouries become the feast to your senses and an unforgettable gastronomic delight.

Infusing new fantasy into ice cream, his desserts redefine these frozen treats. The desserts include cantaloupe melon ice cream, coconut white chocolate vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate ice cream in crispy almond chocolate, fraise chocolate dipped strawberry ice cream and mango ice cream with passion fruit chocolate coating. The fruit shaped presentations of the crispy chocolate coated and chocolate dipped ice creams are a pleasure to the eyes whilst the coating enhances the rich aromatic layers and texture that promises to melt your heart.
