每週三和四晚上,蒞臨坐落在室內垂直花園旁的GREEN,享用全城最鮮味的「四道菜滋味蟹宴」,每道菜式皆由鮮嫩多汁的蟹肉製作而成,滋味無窮。

蟹宴由牛油果蟹肉餅配芥末蛋黃醬及粟米周打蟹肉湯作為開胃前菜,接著有香氣撲鼻的炭燒北海道帝王蟹腳配蒜蓉牛油。主菜方面有香煎盲鰽伴蟹肉卷、蟹肉白汁蘑菇扁意粉伴脆炸軟殼蟹及包括香煎大蝦伴澳洲西冷牛扒的海陸盛宴供選擇,每道菜均為您搜羅全球最新鮮的食材製作而成。

最後,以一杯即磨咖啡或茶,加上由糕餅行政總廚何維城師傅悉心製作的朱古力火鍋,為整頓晚餐完美點綴。佳餚配美酒,除了餐酒和氣泡酒,GREEN亦供應無限添飲的西班牙白水果甜酒,讓您盡情享受微醺時刻!

GREEN以肉質鮮嫩的波士頓龍蝦入饌,為您呈獻四道菜的晚市套餐,讓您品嚐全新滋味。

四道菜的晚市套餐提供多款自選龍蝦菜式,前菜包括菊苣柑橘龍蝦沙律配雞尾蛋黃醬或炸龍蝦餛飩配甜辣汁,配上意大利雜菜湯伴龍蝦丸或法式龍蝦湯。凡惠顧此套餐更可無限添飲精選氣泡酒、白酒或紅酒。

餐廳續為客人送上讓人垂涎的主菜,包括「海陸盛宴」燒龍蝦伴牛柳配紅酒汁及蒜蓉牛油汁、龍蝦汁燒龍蝦長通粉或法式芝士焗龍蝦肉伴挪威三文魚水煮蛋,最後以是日精選蛋糕作結。

Clawing for a taste of the most scrumptious seafood in town? Take your seat under the stunning vertical garden at GREEN for a divine set dinner to remember. Every Wednesday and Thursday evening, indulge in a four-course set menu where each and every dish is enhanced by fresh, succulent crab, priced at an incredible price. The menu begins with Avocado Crab Cake with Honey Mustard Dressing and Sweet Corn Crab Chowder, followed by richly flavoured Hokkaido King Crab Leg with Garlic Butter made on the distinctive Josper Grill.

For the main course, choose your favourite from a selection of the finest international fruits of the sea including Pan-fried Fish Barramundi with Crab Cannelloni, Linguine Alfredo, Crab Meat, Soft Crab Tempura or Surf and Turf made with Pan-fried King Prawn and Australian Grain Fed Striploin with Pink Peppercorn Sauce.

For a sumptuous finale to the evening, delight in gourmet coffee or tea and acclaimed pastry Chef Danny’s delectable GREEN’s Fondue. The perfect accompaniment to your dinner…free-flowing white sangria, a carafe of house wine per person, or a bottle of sparkling wine to share, all specially selected to complement the flavours of the crab.

Taste the fresh, meaty, succulent Boston lobsters at GREEN.

Featured in GREEN’s all new four-course set dinner with a free flow of sparkling wine, white wine and red wine, the prized shellfish will be prepared in a variety of ways. Begin the evening with either a Endlive, Lobster & Citrus Salad or a Deep-fried Lobster Wonton, followed by a Minestrone with Lobster Dumpling or Lobster Bisque.

For the main course, the choices are simply sumptuous. Select either a Grilled Lobster with Beef Tenderloin, Grilled Lobster Penne in Lobster Sauce or Norwegian Salmon & Poached Egg with Diced Lobster Thermidor, and end on a sweet note with the cake slice of the day.
