This impeccably presented meal includes highlights such as Barbecued Suckling Pig, Steamed Garoupa Fillet with Tangerine Peel and Fermented Black Beans, Soy Sauce Braised Baby Pigeon, and Braised Imperial Bird’s Nest Soup with Crab Meat and Vegetable Sprouts, made with Lo Hong Ka’s premium bird’s nests. As a prized ingredient and a traditional beauty food widely used in Chinese cuisine, bird’s nest is rich in collagen which helps maintain youthfulness and enhance the complexion of mums. Bird’s Nest also has high glycoprotein content, which boosts immune system.
