今個初夏,「海中牛奶」與「蝦中之王」將攜手演繹多首扣人心弦的樂曲,以非凡「味」力踢走濕悶氣息,勢必喚醒沉睡的味蕾。

灣景國際灣景廳於5 – 6月期間呈獻「鮮蠔.虎蝦」二重奏 自助晚餐,主廚匠心煮理來自各地軟滑飽滿的鮮蠔與肉厚彈牙的虎蝦,海水咸鮮味一重一重於口腔散發,編織出動人的二重奏樂章,加上美國生蠔、新西蘭生蠔及加拿大雪花蟹腳等冰鎮海鮮源源供應,鮮味滿載,誘發無限味覺驚喜。
