灣景國際灣景廳於2 – 4月期間呈獻「黑毛豬.帶子」自助晚餐,挑選肉質帶獨特榛果香,脂肪營養價值與橄欖油相近而有「懂走路的橄欖樹」暱稱的西班牙黑毛豬,及肉厚味甜,含豐富蛋白質的北海道帶子,在奪目幽香的食用花烘托下,詮釋出令味蕾雀躍舞動的春日滋味;另有加拿大雪花蟹腳、新西蘭生蠔及麵包蟹等冰鎮海鮮源源供應,以豐富的美饌開啟朝氣滿滿的春季。

*自助餐區的共用餐具每半小時更換1次。

*提供即棄手套於使用自助餐餐桌上的共用餐具前戴上。

*所有餐具於供應使用前均已於洗碗碟機進行清潔及消毒。

Our “Iberico Pork and Scallops” Dinner Buffet will be rolled out from February to April in Harbour Restaurant to welcome the season of new beginnings. Acorn-rich Spanish Iberico Pork and buttery Hokkaido Scallops will be exquisitely crafted with aromatic edible flowers, creating an enticing selection of scrumptious delights highlighted with a floral touch. Moreover, briny fresh seafood like Canadian Snow Crab Legs, New Zealand Oysters, Edible Crabs, etc., will be bountifully spread on ice to satisfy seafood lovers.

In response to the coronavirus outbreak, the following measures have been implemented to keep our dining environment clean and hygienic.

*Body temperature measurement of all guests at reception before dining is required.

*Hand sanitiser is placed at the reception for our guests.

*All restaurant staff, including kitchen and service, are required to wear surgical masks and gloves while on duty.

*Sneeze guards are placed on top of the buffet dishes to keep our food safe from germs and contaminants.

*Utensils on the buffet tables including but not limited to tongs, spoons, etc., will be changed every half an hour.

*Disposable gloves are provided to buffet patrons for using the utensils on the buffet tables.

*A dishwashing machine is used to wash and sanitise tableware and kitchenware.

*Disinfectant is used to clean and sanitise buffet tables, dining tables and the floor.

*Seats are arranged at a distance of 1 meter or 1 table from each other.

  • Prices are in HK dollars and are on a per person basis
  • Prices and offers are subject to a 10% service charge based on the original prices unless otherwise specified
  • Prices and offers are valid from 1 February – 30 April 2020 (except 14 February; offers are not valid on 10 – 13 April) and are applicable up to a maximum of 12 dinner buffet patrons only and subject to terms and conditions
