恭賀新禧!為迎接庚子年,富豪香港酒店將於新春期間推出一系列寓意吉祥的應節賀年佳餚、如意新春晚宴及多款精緻賀年糕點,與賓客同賀新歲,一同喜迎金鼠年!

富豪金殿 — 賀歲團年菜譜

富豪金殿首席中菜行政總廚楊嘉輝師傅精挑多款傳統賀年食材,炮製出十款極具意頭及應節的新春佳餚,寓意十全十美。新春佳餚將於2020年1月25日至31日 (正月初一至初七) 供應,菜式價格由$228起。推介菜式有「金殿特式風生水起」(三文魚撈起)。撈起源於新加坡,高舉雙筷把所有食材越撈越起,寓意風生水起;撈得越高,來年定必步步高升。「撈起」時食物散佈碟面亦有財富滿溢之意。而三文魚魚生更寓意年年有餘及生氣勃勃,是新春必吃菜式之一。另一賀年菜式「得心應手」(原隻南非鮑魚花膠扣鵝掌),以原隻鮑魚扣鵝掌,取鵝掌寓意凡事必能得心應手,滿掌金錢,加入名貴的海花膠,更顯豐盛。「一本萬利」(花膠髮菜紅燒西班牙元蹄),以別具意頭的材料作食材。髮菜寓意發財,紅燒元蹄有橫財就手的意思,寓意來年可財源滾滾來。

Kung Hei Fat Choi! In celebrating the year of the Rat, Regal Hongkong Hotel wishes guests a prosperous year by parading out a series of auspicious Chinese delicacies. During Chinese New Year, people use to enjoy a feast with family to welcome and celebrate the New Year. From 25 January to 8 February 2020, ten auspicious New Year delicacies will be featured to wish all guests good luck, good health and good fortune in the year of Rat.

聖誕節午餐包含靈感來自意大利的三道菜式,其中有慢煮火雞沙律、紅菜頭醃煙三文魚作為前菜;另外還有肉質嫰滑的烤龍蝦尾脆包、釀燒日本豬排和慢火燴牛尾為主菜。為了在節日氣氛裡添上絲絲甜意,「廚意」主廚楊國章及廚師團隊創作了一系列的節日甜品,大家可以在聖誕前夕或聖誕當日任意品嚐琳琅滿目的精緻甜品放題,如大受歡迎的薑餅屋和聖誕樹檊蛋糕等。Highlights include options such as a slow-cooked turkey salad, a refreshing beetroot-cured smoked salmon as the starter; and a succulent grilled lobster tail bun, roast pork loin, slow-braised oxtail as the main. To sweeten up the palette, enjoy festive treats curated by our head chef – Chef Justin on Christmas Eve, or handpick favourites from a dessert buffet featuring a galore of traditional sweets, such as an iconic gingerbread house and a yule log cake on Christmas Day.  

「蟹 ‧ 王 邂逅 秋色下午茶」 / Extra-orin-ary Crab Afternoon Tea @ Kitchen Savvy – Hotel Stage

由2019年11月1日起至2020年1月31日,「蟹‧王 邂逅 秋色下午茶」將於每天下午三時至六時在「廚意」供應。主廚楊國章和他的團隊巧妙地撮取了螃蟹和日本王林蘋果之精髓,製作了5款特色鹹點和4款甜點,為客人提供一個意想不到的味覺雙重享受。在即將換上暖暖毛衣的季節裡,可同時品嚐到螃蟹的鮮味和日本王林蘋果的清甜,實在是兩全其美。From 1 November 2019 – 31 January 2020, the “Extra-orin-ary Crab Afternoon Tea” set will be available at Kitchen Savvy daily from 3:00pm – 6:00pm. Head Chef Justin Yeung and his team have skillfully drawn out the essence of both ingredients and created an exquisite set of 5 savoury crab bites and 4 Orin-apple-filled desserts that offer guests a unique opportunity to taste the best of both worlds in the coming sweater weather.
