Our Ox Tail Stew is slow-cooked in Red Wine until the meat is tantalizingly tender and tasty. Served in the rich, thick broth with the mirepoix of vegetables it was cooked with, along with a generous portion of Mashed Potatoes, this dish is satisfyingly succulent with every marvelous mouthful.
