天外天中菜廳素以上乘的粵式風味佳餚而享負盛名,為迎接庚子鼠年的來臨, _餐廳精心設計出一系列賀年如意美饌,與賓客一同歡度新春佳節。由2020年1月25日至2月8日期間,天外天中菜廳行政總廚黃子其師傅以多款具吉祥寓意的傳統賀年食材入饌,並加入不少創新元素,創作出一系列極具意頭及應節的新春佳餚,特色熱葷包括八方財來(鮑汁扒鵝掌遼參鮑魚北菇)、風生水起(鮑魚龍蝦撈起)等,籍此祝願賓客於新一年能迎褔聚寶、萬事如意,每道菜式由港幣288元起*。

適逢新春佳節,天外天中菜廳將於大年初二推出六道菜的農曆新年節慶晚宴,與客人同賀新禧,每位港幣1,688元*。晚宴率先以一杯G.H. Mumm香檳揭開序幕, 其後以一系列的矜貴美食,包括香檳焗大蝦皇、杏汁菜膽花膠燉響螺、松露香葱蟹肉炒香苗等,讓食客可安座於酒店頂樓的天外天中菜廳,一邊觀賞壯麗的維港美景,一邊於蜚聲國際的Conran & Partners匠心打造的優雅環境下享用新春團年飯,與親朋好友舉杯暢飲、團圓共聚,以美食歡度新春佳節。

The Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner is undoubtedly one of the most highly anticipated and culturally significant times of the year. The best celebrations start at the top with an extraordinary feast at Above & Beyond’s glamorous Terence Conran-designed restaurant featuring exquisite Cantonese fare and breathtaking skyline views. Highlights include Barbecued Suckling Pig, Double-boiled Dried Sea Whelk Soup with Cordyceps Flower and Lily Bulb, Steamed Fresh Garoupa and Fried Rice with Diced Abalone wrapped in Lotus Leaf.

On 23 and 24 January 2020 as the sun sets, epicureans are invited to take a seat at one of the harbour view tables and prepare for an exquisite eight-course set dinner priced at HK$2,888* for 4 persons, HK$4,288 for 6 persons or HK$8,588 for 12 persons.

With impeccably prepared Cantonese cuisine in a serene, beautifully appointed setting, Above & Beyond is the ideal locale for refined Chinese New Year dining. In addition to the restaurant’s modern Cantonese menu, esteemed Chef Wong Chi Ki has created an à la carte selection of specialities using auspicious ingredients, prepared in his own innovative style. Available from 25 January to 8 February 2020 and priced from HK$288, highlights include Braised Goose Web and Sea Cucumber with Abalone and Black Mushroom in Abalone Sauce and Shredded Abalone and Lobster with Assorted Vegetables in Sesame Sauce.
