LIS Café 今個冬季誠意為大家呈獻最「蠔」海鮮自助晚餐,每天源源送上多款不同的特色滋味蠔饌,當中包括芝士焗蠔、洋蔥煙肉焗美國蠔、芝士菠菜忌廉汁焗美國蠔、薑蔥美國蠔煲、大廚即製香煎蠔餅、蠔仔粥及砵酒焗蠔等。

此外,海鮮迷不容錯過阿拉斯加蟹腳、大蝦、藍青口及蜆,還有新鮮即切日式刺身:三文魚、吞拿魚、油甘魚及雜錦壽司、多達40款凍盤、沙律及沙律汁醬、迷迭香烤羊架、香煎西班牙咸豬手配烤肉汁、清蒸沙巴龍躉、印度馬莎拉雞、越南海鮮咖喱及風味串燒;餐廳更設有即製美食檔,為食客供應即切烤肉、香煎牛油大蝦及大蒜牛油煎帶子等等。

甜品控絕對要品嘗餐廳的精緻甜點,推介意式慕斯蛋糕、藍莓芝士蛋糕、北海道牛奶布甸、Dreyer’s雪糕、朱古力噴泉和時令鮮果。

聖誕自助晚餐更會加入鹿兒島蕯摩和牛薄燒及應節美食,如烤聖誕火雞、烤澳洲骨肉眼、聖誕樹頭蛋糕、聖誕帽造型甜品、聖誕薑餅、果子麵包及燈泡特飲等;於指定日子惠顧更可免費享用「燕窩蛋白杏仁茶」一客,讓賓客在聖誕「蠔」吃一番!

節日活動

於12月24日至25日前來用膳的賓客更可獲贈金黃酥脆的如心蝴蝶酥及派對小禮物,並有機會與聖誕老人親身見面及趣奇扭氣球作禮物,餐廳亦請來兒童合唱團獻唱,讓賓客在悅耳歌聲伴隨下品嚐各式佳餚,感受濃厚的聖誕氣氛。

Embrace the Christmas spirit with festive gourmet. Roasted Christmas Turkey, Roasted Australian Beef OP Rib with Burgundy Sauce, Log Cake, Christmas-hat desserts, Gingerbread, Christmas Stollen and Light Bulb drinks are all ready to pamper your taste buds. Guests shall end the feast with a complimentary Double-boiled Bird’s Nest and Egg White on selected dates.
