A string of irresistible crab specialties ranging from appetizer, sashimi & sushi to hot dishes unlimitedly served. Crabs on ice, Braised Rice with Crab Meat, Crab Roe and Lobster Miso Soup, Steamed Blue Crab with Egg White & Chinese Yellow Wine is perfect for guests to experience the natural freshness of crabs. Rice Paper Roll with Crab Meat and Sautéed Crab with Thai Yellow Curry showcase the unique flavours of crabs with the use of herbs and seasoning of different places. Other highlights include mouth-watering Braised Hairy Crab Roe with Rice Cracker and Live Congee Cooking Station featuring Snow Crab and Blue Crab. To add lights to the evening, the talented culinary team has also prepared the Pan-fried Duck Foie Gras with Aged Balsamico to satisfy guests’ taste buds.
The dinner buffet also features a splendid range of tantalising delicacies including freshly-shucked oysters, assorted Japanese sashimi, oven-roasted suckling pig and roasted beef carving.
