英國頂級名廚Theo Randall將於9月11日至17日重臨香江坐鎮海景嘉福洲際酒店的意大利餐廳 Theo Mistral by Theo Randall，為食客帶來連串特色菜譜及精彩活動，當中包括首度推出的四道菜純素菜譜 (vegan menu)以及全新包含意大利12個區域經典美食的「味遊意大利」家庭樂早午餐。
名廚Theo Randall於英國早以烹調純素(Vegan)美食聞名。純素食為最嚴格的一類素食者，既不吃肉類及魚，還不吃動物奶製品、雞蛋、蜂蜜等任何產自動物的食品。有見香港人越趨追求及注重健康飲食，對素食需求越來越大，Theo特意為客人呈獻全新的四道菜純素菜譜 (每位HK488+10%)，在食材方面精心計劃，確保菜譜中不單含有足夠的營養，且顏色配搭五彩斑斕，告別素菜是沉悶的傳統思維，為所有美食愛好者帶來不一樣的意式素菜滋味。
菜譜先由清新的意大利蕃茄沙律開始，緊接著香氣四溢而時令的牛肝菌及黃菌燴飯。主菜方面可以選擇以鷹嘴豆製成的鷹嘴豆蓉餅，Theo利用高溫將豆蓉餅與甜椒、薯仔及紅洋蔥同烤，吃起來濃郁惹味，又或一嚐意大利人除了意大利飯及意大利麵外的另一主食摯愛 – 來自意大利北部的玉米蓉(Polenta)，Theo將玉米蓉煎香伴以其他慢煮蔬菜，味道富層次。為大餐寫下甜蜜句號的有椰子奶凍配士多啤梨汁，採用了香濃椰子奶取代常用的牛奶，口感甜滑細膩。
自一年前Theo Mistral by Theo Randall開幕以來，La Dolce Vita周日早午餐一直成為餐廳其中一個特色招牌，由琳瑯滿目的意式頭盤小吃，至多款海鮮、自家製意大利麵、主菜及甜品，均帶給食客多元化的享受。9月15日起，早午餐將進行全面革新，一次過讓食客品嚐意大利由北部至南部12個著名區域如皮埃蒙特 (Piedmont)、西西里 (Sicily)、托斯卡納 (Tuscany) 及卡普里島(Capri)的特色美食，突顯濃厚意式風情。另一重點推介為選擇豐富的海鮮吧，當中包括即開生蠔、波士頓龍蝦、鮮蝦、青口、蟹腳及海螺等，加上一系列海鮮沙律、薄切吞拿魚和煙三文魚等，應有盡有。
Theo Mistral by Theo Randall 亦有提供適合小朋友口味的兒童餐單，讓父母及小朋友均能盡情享受佳餚。餐廳旁邊更設立兒童遊樂室，安排了訓練有素的員工代為照顧小朋友，讓家長可安心暫時將子女交託給餐廳的團隊，好與親朋良友共聚享用一頓悠閒的早午餐。成人每位港幣$598+10%，小童(4-11歲)每位港幣$338+10%。

His seven-day visit will be marked with brand new concepts and creations which include a 4-course vegan menu and an elevated Sunday Brunch experience “A Taste of Italy” featuring delicacies from 12 popular food regions in Italy.
Refreshing 4-course Vegan Menu
Celebrity Chef Theo Randall is renowned as a “Vegan Master” back in his home country UK. Vegan celebrities visit Theo Randall at the InterContinental in London and Theo always whips up a storm for them with the vegan food he serves. Veganism, in fact, is a way which seeks to exclude all forms of exploitation of animals for food, from meat, seafood, to animal milk, eggs and honey. While people in Hong Kong are getting more health conscious, Theo is delighted to launch a 4-course seasonal, plant-based menu, HK$488 +10% per person. Every single dish is thoughtfully designed to ensure it is tasty and nutritious, bringing a meat alternative menu that delights even the most devoted carnivores.
The menu starts from the refreshing Sliced Heritage Tomatoes from Italy dressed with 10 years aged Balsamic Vinegar and Extra Virgin Puglia Olive Oil, followed by the seasonal yet flavoursome Acquarello Carnaroli Rice with Porcini and Girolle Mushroom. Main course includes a selection of Valsugana Polenta from Northern Italy with Slow Cooked Italian Vegetable Raguand Chickpea Cake with Roasted Red Bell Peppers, Potatoes and Caramelized Red Onions, both adopting seasonal produce from Italy. End the vegan night with a sweet note and sample the Coconut Panna Cotta with no animal milk, yet brings the same level of silky creaminess.
Brand New ‘A Taste of Italy’ Sunday Brunch
Since Theo Mistral by Theo Randall’s opening one year ago, La Dolce Vita brunch has become the signature of the restaurant for its spanning sections from antipasti to seafood, homemade pastas, mains and desserts. From 15 September, Chef Theo will bring an elevated Sunday Brunch experience ‘A Taste of Italy’, featuring delicacies of 12 popular regions in Italy from North to South, namely Piedmont, Sicily, Tuscany and Capri and many more. A host of well-loved brunch regulars such as freshly-shucked oysters, crab legs, Boston lobsters, shrimps, mussels, sea whelks and many more, as well as seafood salad, tuna capriccio and smoked salmon are also unlimitedly served.
Guests with children in tow will be delighted to know that Theo Mistral by Theo Randall offers both a Kids’ Menu and a designated Kids’ Playing Area next to the restaurant. The Kids’Playing area allows kids to roam free under close supervision by trained staff while parents enjoy a well-deserved Sunday feast with friends. ‘A Taste of Italy’ Sunday brunch is available at HK$598+10% per adult and HK$338+10% per child (4-11 years old).
