Celebrating 10th Anniversary of The Mira Hong Kong Yamm pulls up the curtains and serves a cooking spectacle featuring live cooking stations of its most beloved flavors including freshly steamed live Boston lobsters on ice, Japanese fish sashimi and seasonal oysters, flamed Korean Hanwoo Beef Sushi, plus Braised Seafood Rice in Lobster Soup and Spanish BBQ Suckling Pig. But that’s not all! Additional treats prepared by the Chefs will be served at the buffet extended to café COCO, from fresh fruit to seared foie gras with peach sauce.

It’s a one-night extravaganza in celebration of the decade passed since The Mira Hong Kong opened its doors following a flashy refurbishment in 2009, which placed it among the most desirable hotel choices in the city.
In September and October, Guest will find speciality dishes on Yamm’s dinner buffet, including the signature mound of freshly steamed Boston lobsters on ice and freshly shucked oysters, but the true party will take place on 20 September 2019.
Amidst a plethora of made-to-order Asian specials, look for deliciously extravagant highlights at teriyaki, yakitori, sushi, tempura and noodle live cooking stations.
