“A Taste of Love” Valentine’s Day Dinner Buffet
Harbour Restaurant of The Harbourview presents a tempting array of delicious signature dishes of “Trio of Tastes” Dinner Buffet in the Valentine’s Day Dinner Buffet. Our Executive Chef has creatively designed nutritious Abalone, nourishing Foie Gras de Canard, and appetizing Lobster dishes for you to celebrate Valentine’s Day with your love one. Signature dishes including Lobster Mango Rice Paper Roll, Wok-fried Lobster with Chili and Garlic, Fried Rice with Abalone, Lobster and Assorted Seafood, Steamed Egg with Foie Gras de Canard and Black Truffle Sauce, Pan-fried Foie Gras de Canard with Eel Sauce, Deep-fried Lobster Potsticker with Shrimp Paste and Vegetable, and Lobster Lasagna with Porcini Mushroom served at the buffet table. Each patron will receive one complimentary serving of Double-boiled Soup with Abalone, Sea Whelk and Sarcodon Aspratus, a nutritious Chinese soup which is doubled-boiled in authentic Chinese pottery cups with wholesome ingredients as its name has indicated – African Abalone, Chinese Sea Whelk, and Yunnan mushroom. Kick off the evening with a warm, fragrant and flavourful soup.
Apart from the above signature dishes, another hot-pick is the Assorted Seafood Platter, sweet and fresh seafood includes Canadian Snow Crab Legs, New Zealand Oysters, Pacific Sea Whelks, Fresh Clams, Fresh Shrimps, and New Zealand Mussels are alternately served on the platter for you to savour the sweetest tastes from the ocean. Sashimi such as Salmon, Octopus, Snapper, Hokkaido Scallop, Herring, Amaebi, Hokkigai and Swordfish will be alternately served at the Sashimi Counter.
A wide range of delicacies such as Roasted Lamb Chop, Honey Mustard-roasted Gammon Ham, Roast Peking Duck with Condiments, Roasted Pork Neck in Korean Style, Roasted Barbeque Baby Pork Spare Ribs in American Style, Braised Oxtail in Red Wine Sauce, Pan-seared Seabass Fillet with Spicy Pineapple Salsa, Chicken Satay, Sautéed Vegetables in Japanese Style, Steamed Fresh Sabah Grouper, and Shrimp Paste stuffed in Marrow Melon, etc., will be provided on a rotation basis.
A range of mouthwatering desserts are specially prepared at Dessert Counter. Undoubtedly, MÕVENPICK Ice cream with 8 flavours from Switzerland is always the focus of the counter. Others such as Oolong Tea Tofu Pudding, Rose, Raspberry and White Chocolate Mousse Cake, *Chocolate Rum Fondant (*available at 8pm), and other desserts such as Honey Panna Cotta, Tangerine White Wine Jelly, Bailey’s Cheesecake, Lychee Mousse Cake, Chilled Sago Cream with Fresh Mango and Pomelo, Italian Chocolate Mousse Cake, Apple Crumble Cheesecake, Tofu Pudding, Sesame Seed Ball with Red Bean, Waffle, Chinese Sweet Soup, Mini Portugese Custard Tart, Bread Pudding, and Chocolate Fountain with Condiments, etc., will be available.
In addition to a wide range of Abalone, Foie Gras de Canard and Lobster signature dishes, an extensive selection of additional delicacies including fresh Edible Crab, Slow-roasted U.S. Prime Rib of Beef, Oysters Kilpatrick and Oyster Rockefeller are available only on the evening of Valentines’s Day for your indulgence. A complimentary serving of Botan Ebi and Tenshi Ebi are delicately prepared for each patron.
