With a new year ahead of us, it is time to nourish our mind, body and soul. Garden Café of City Garden Hotel presents “Nourishing Delights” dinner buffet, featuring an array of nourishing dainties created to keep our guests warm in the wintry weather. Executive Chef incorporates the concept of Chinese medicine diet into the menu, and uses a variety of premium ingredients such as ginsengs, sea cucumbers and bird nets to create a scrumptious yet nutritious feast. Regular well-loved highlights such as the tasty Seafood Tower, the succulent Australian Wagyu Beef and Roast Whole Lamb Rack, are not to be missed.
A selection of hearty soups will be served in turn, including Double-boiled Ginseng Soup and Red Dates, Double-boiled Lean Pork with Chinese Herbs and Figs, and Double-boiled Sea Cucumber with Goji Berry and Snow Fungus. Guests can also savor other rich delicacies such as Austrian Beef Goulash, Braised Beef Cheek, and Black Pork and Potato Stew. Aside from the savory dishes, a variety of wholesome sweet treats will also be prepared to satisfy the appetite of all ladies such as the lavish Double-boiled Bird’s Net with Lotus Seeds, the Double-boiled Peach Resin with Papaya in Milk, and the soothing Doubled-boiled Pear with Chinese Herbs.
