Harbour Restaurant is pleased to roll out “Bird’s Nest on Cheese” Afternoon Tea Buffet during summer weekends. Prepared with noble and nourishing ingredients of Bird’s Nest and cheese, the buffet offers a tempting array of signature dishes and desserts, giving you and your friends a relaxing and delicious weekend.
Bird’s Nest Highlights
Bird’s Nest, Abalone and Mashed Chicken Congee
It is a traditional rice porridge enriched with nutritious ingredients of Bird’s Nest, abalone and mashed chicken. Made with selected Japanese and Thai rice, the smooth sweet congee is further blended with soy milk, highlighting a unique flavour of rice and soybean mixed fragrance that will whet your appetite.
Steamed Egg White with Bird’s Nest served with Lemon Vanilla Sauce
Steam egg white which has been sprinkled with sugar at a low temperature and it will become a light smoothie. Place the smoothie in lemon vanilla sauce and garnish it with mixed berries, Passionfruit crisps and Rock Candy Bird’s Nest, and a refreshing noble dessert is delicately prepared for you to chill out with during such a hot summer.
Cheese Tartlet topped with Bird’s Nest
The filling is prepared with cream cheese and Italian cheese and is stuffed in a French almond tartlet for freezing. The creamy yet crispy double cheese tart topped with Bird’s Nest and red mulberry features multiple flavours that will capture your heart as well as your appetite.
Roasted Salmon Roll stuffed with Camembert Cheese and Capers
Wrapped in pastry, fresh sweet salmon mixed with strong-flavoured Camembert Cheese is baked with sour capers that helps balance its greasy texture. You will indulge in a richly tasting, crusty yet juicy delicacy that our chef has creatively designed.
Caramelized Goat Cheese with Cucumber
Soft goat cheese sprinkled with scented yellow sugar is perfectly matched with watery cucumber. A light roasting on the top not only caramelizes the sugar, but also enriches the aroma of the goat cheese. Cheese-lovers will surely not miss this out.
Double Cheese Corned Beef and Mashed Potato Ball
Coated with Mexican crispy croutons, mashed potato beef balls are mixed with Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese and fried to a yellow brown. Have a bite while it is hot and the ropes of melted cheese drawn from your teeth will certainly tantalize your taste buds.
Mixed Berries with Cheese in a Cup
Melt your heart with this beautifully decorated tasty dessert made with plentiful berries and ingredients. Prepare the berry juice with red mulberry sauce, sugar and cherry wine, and add the red mulberries, strawberries and blueberries from France into the juice. Pour the juice over the mousse made with red mulberry sauce and cream cheese, and drizzle it with fresh mixed berries, cookies, crisps and white chocolate crunches. What an adorable dessert you can hardly resist.
In addition to the above signature dishes and desserts, we have prepared a range of salads, sushi and hot dishes including Garden Green Salad, Russian Potato Salad, Tuna and Radish Salad with Leek, Onion and Yuzu Dressing, international flavours such as Japanese Cold Noodles on Ice with Condiments, Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Cheese and Tuna Salad Tortilla Wrap, Fried Noodles in Chinese Style and more. Choices of desserts like Strawberry Cream Puff, Green Tea Red Been Cake Roll, Passion Fruit Cheesecake, Mini Doughnut, Assorted French Cakes, Marshmallow, Bread and Butter Pudding, Glass Jelly, and Chocolate Fountains with Condiments are available on a rotational basis. Available from 3:30pm to 5:30pm on every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday, the buffet is HK$168 per person only (the same price for adults, seniors, and children, and is subject to a 10% service charge).
