Catching on the trend of whiskies, Hong Kong’s first whisky chocolate mooncakes that were introduced at Tiffany’s New York Bar since two years ago received an overwhelming success. This year, the hotel unveils its collaboration with Taiwan’s first whiskymaker and the nation’s only family-owned whisky distillery Kavalan, featuring three of its distinctive whiskies for the trio whisky chocolate mooncakes. Each box of handcrafted Kavalan Whisky Chocolate Mooncakes (HK$468 per box with 3 pieces) comes in three single malt whisky flavours: Kavalan Classic; Kavalan Solist Ex-Bourbon and Kavalan Solist Amontillado; and in particular Solist Amontillado won the World Whiskies Awards – World’s Best Single Cask Single Malt in 2016. The World Whiskies Awards are the global awards selecting the very best in all international recognized styles of drinks each year.
