「西西里島及撒丁島」精選菜譜 / “Sicily & Sardinia” Menu @ Alto 88 – Regal Hongkong

炎炎夏日將至,最令人期待的是找尋一個屬於夏日氣息的旅程,與好友一邊休閒地享受特色美饌,一邊享受美麗的景色。富豪香港酒店Alto 88意大利行政總廚Giuseppe Brancati悉心地為賓客安排了一趟意大利美食探索之旅,由即日起至2017年8月31日呈獻4道菜「西西里島及撒丁島」精選菜譜。靈感來自歷史悠久的意大利旅遊勝地西西里島及撒丁島,由總廚挑選多款新鮮頂級食材,揉合其獨特的手藝及追求時尚感的精神,為客人呈獻一道道充滿視覺與味覺的「藝術品」。顧客可於餐廳內細意品嘗總廚精心炮製的精緻菜式,亦可透過落地玻璃幕牆盡享維港璀燦夜色,讓顧客置身於喧鬧都市體驗異國風情。

是次菜譜以多款傳統意大利食材入饌,西西里鰤魚紅莓他他讓味蕾感受到清新酸甜味道,配上薩利納白油汁口感獨特,適合作為盛宴的開始。另外一個重點推介菜餚是矜貴的焗黑毛豬,配上開心果脆脆及意大利芝士茄子等配菜,甘香濃郁的黑毛豬配搭可可汁味道層次豐富,讓人一試難忘。最後奉上可可脆卷釀開心果慕絲及沙巴翁忌廉為這晚畫上完美句號。

在奢華優雅的環境氣氛中品嘗精緻美食,當然需要有美酒襯托,是次菜譜的每款美酒都根據菜式的味道特性互相匹配,讓顧客一次過品嘗醇酒美饌的雙重滋味。

Ending your night with Crunchy Cocoa Roll, Eggnog Cream and Bronte Pistachio Mousse, it will certainly satisfy your sweet cravings!
