巨大和風滋味誰能抵抗?日式美食一向深受熱捧,款式多變且賣相精緻的美饌總能迎合不同食客的口味,最適合與三五知己或與家人聚餐,同享滋味!由2017年5月2日至2017年7月3日,御花園咖啡室推出極「巨」和味自助晚餐,將一系列日式冷熱美饌放大呈現食客眼前!

提到日式美食,難免會聯想到清酒、味噌湯、刺身、三文魚、海膽等,是次自助晚餐當然亦不會讓食客失望,將以上美食統統為大家獻上!清酒味噌帶子於餐廳自助餐桌上由廚師即時製作,菜式以味噌作湯底,加入多款配料如海帶、白薯糕、黑薯糕等,並加入清酒熬製。師傅會將鮮甜的帶子放進湯裡一同烹調,為食客製作一碗香氣撲鼻的清酒味噌帶子。此外,日式麵檔擺放着多款配料如紫菜、冬菇、芋絲等,讓食客自行配搭出一碗熱騰騰的湯麵,滿足食客的味蕾!若喜歡三文魚,自助餐桌上的32吋岩鹽燒原條三文魚定是不能錯過。廚師以岩鹽保持三文魚本身的油份及水份,肉質嫩滑之餘,亦是鮮味十足。

更多和風美饌包括即叫即切的特選刺身 (三文魚、吞拿魚、希靈魚、八爪魚等)及壽司、30吋燒海膽醬蟹肉壽司卷、芝士龍蝦海膽醬伊麵、28吋三文魚子魚生飯等。除了繁多的日式美食,自助餐桌上的食物也是應有盡有,包括海鮮拼盤 (開邊龍蝦、麵包蟹、藍青口、黃金螺、松葉蟹腳及海蝦等)、35吋龍蝦海鮮芝士飯、18磅美國頂級有骨牛肉、中式點心、各式印度咖喱等,迎合食客的不同口味。

日式甜品賣相精緻,甜味香味恰道好處。甜品桌上的48吋櫻花白桃啫喱餅加入了日本櫻花酒以提升香味,入口除了品嘗到淡淡的白桃味,亦能感受到櫻花酒的酒香,讓人回味無窮。另外,置於爐上的三色花丸子口感煙韌,食客可選擇配搭日式黑糖漿、紅豆蓉、柚子汁,讓滋味提升。更多甜品還有18磅白朱古力紫薯餅、Movenpick及Dreyer’s雪糕、朱古力噴泉等,令人食指大動!

Share the delicious moment of various Japanese delicacies with friends and family! Café Rivoli has recently newly launched a Jumbo Japanese Seafood Dinner Buffet with Japanese dishes in enormous size from 2 May 2017 to 3 July 2017.

Sake, miso soup, sashimi, fresh seafood, etc are popular in Japan. To satisfy guests, Café Rivoli is delighted to present all of these for diners’ enjoyment. Scallop with Japanese Sake and Miso is one of the highlighted dishes at the dinner buffet. Guests are recommended to enjoy the fresh scallop in the sake and miso soup with various Japanese ingredients. Meanwhile, the Japanese noodles station will be serving seaweed, dried mushroom, Konjac noodles and more ingredients by the chef. Besides, 32-inch Char-grilled Salmon with Rock Salt on the buffet table is another dish cannot be missed. Rock salt was used by chef to keep the salmon juicy and tender. The dish will please the palate of fish lovers.

A vast of Japanese specialities including Sashimi (Salmon, Tuna, Herring, Octopus) and Sushi, 30-inch Sea Urchin Sauce and Crab Meat Sushi Roll, Braised E-fu Noodles with Lobster, Cheese and Sea Urchin Sauce, 28-inch Salmon Roe and Sashimi on Rice and more are available for guests to enjoy. In addition to the Japanese delicacies, Seafood Platter (Lobster Platter, Brown Crab, Mussel, Golden Whelk, Crab Leg and Prawn), 35-inch Korean Rice with Lobster, Seafood and Cheese, 18 lbs US Prime Beef OP Ribs, Chinese dim sum, Indian curry, etc on the buffet table are delighted to tempt different guests.
