The Easter 4-course set dinner menu featuring festive and seasonal treats includes seared yellow fin tuna loin, garganelli pasta with king crab meat, roasted Easter lamb rack and other divine delicacies.
An enticing Easter Sunday Brunch will also be served for family gathering, highlighting an extensive selection of Italian cold cuts, premium cheese, seafood antipasti, freshly shucked oysters, pan-fried duck liver, as well as a tempting range of delicacies and dainty desserts from the buffet. With guests’ choice of main dishes from grilled king prawns, lobster thermidor, grilled Australian Black Angus rib eye, and more.
Kids are invited to roll up their sleeves to make their own Easter bunnies under the guidance of the kids’ ambassador. After that, kids will have a party of their own at the kids’ corner loaded with educational toys and being entertained by the clown’s balloon twisting performance for a delightful afternoon. Complimentary candies and chocolate eggs in an Easter basket will be offered to every kid to take home.

Dazzling Easter Buffet Feast at Café on M
Enjoy an extravagant selection of Easter delicacies and international specialties ranging from freshly shucked oysters, Alaskan crab legs, roasted suckling pigs, roasted Easter lamb leg, shepherd’s pie, lobster truffle macaroni, pineapple bun with foie gras and many more. A kids’ corner will be set up to serve children’s favourites including chicken nuggets, corn on the cob and baked cocktail sausage with cheese.
The dessert corner will adorn with plentiful colourful Easter mini cupcakes, a delightful chocolate fountain and a string of irresistible chocolate pastries featuring praline hazelnut napoleon, banana chocolate choux, white chocolate vanilla éclair and chocolate crème brûlée.
There will also be Easter egg painting competition for kids’ entertainment. All the painting masterpieces will be uploaded onto the hotel’s official Facebook page for voting. The painting receive the most likes will awarded with a Sunday brunch for three persons while the 1st runner up will receive a lunch buffet for three persons and 2nd runner up will receive one set of afternoon tea for two persons.
