AVA Restaurant Slash Bar 於二月呈獻全新味歷亞洲五道菜晚餐,由法籍餐廳總廚Jeans-Charles Devillard帶領AVA的烹飪團隊,集結亞洲各國的飲食傳統及地道食材,加入大廚巧思創意炮製,創作多款獨具風味的新穎菜式,定能令食客大飽口福。菜譜於2017年2月1日至28日(不適用於2月14日)期間,逢星期一至六 晚上6:30至10:30供應,每位HK$588。

泡菜湯

慢煮豬腩肉36小時,熬成高湯再加入風乾娃娃菜、黑蒜頭及豆腐,辣勁醒神,惹味開胃,令人食指大動。

 

鑊炒喇沙意大利扁意粉配虎蝦

乾炒新加坡喇沙湯成醬,加入越南虎蝦、豆卜、薄荷葉及辣椒絲,炒意大利扁意粉,鑊氣十足,陣陣喇沙的香葉及椰漿香味撲鼻而至。
