Cull ’N Pistol’s Valentine’s Day 4-Course Menu:
The evening starts on a sweet note with complimentary signature champagne cocktails and tempura battered Oysters with caviar. Following this, the starters begin with appetising Seared Scallops with king crab or creamy Lobster Chowder showcasing a brilliant combination of authentic flavours.
Each guest will be spoilt for choice with delicious options of Roast Haddock served with sea urchin, topped with a flavourful Bloody Mary sauce or the succulent Braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks with poached asparagus and red wine reduction.
To top it all off, we offer a tempting Rose & Raspberry Mousse Cake with a rich dark chocolate foam, a satisfying finish to the evening.
The Valentine’s Day Menu will be available at Cull ’N Pistol from the 11th-14th of February exclusively for dinner and is priced at $998 (+10% service charge) per couple.
