濃香的芝士、鮮甜的龍蝦及海鮮一直以來都累積了不少狂迷,無論男女老幼都為之熱捧。由即日起至2017年2月28日,御花園咖啡室推出『石燒「芝」味火鍋自助晚餐』,為一系列鮮甜肥美海鮮加入火辣元素,以石燒及芝士火鍋給食客帶來驚喜!

石燒海鮮於自助餐桌較為少見,餐廳行政總廚陳永健師傅特別嚴選多類海鮮,包括虎蝦、青口、松葉蟹腳、麵包蟹及扇貝,師傅將海鮮放在熱烘烘石板上,即叫即燒,分外惹味。食客亦可自選醬汁:芝麻青檸汁、薄荷菠蘿乳酪汁、柚子薑汁或金不換番茄汁,為菜式更添滋味。

芝士火鍋是來自瑞士的著名美食,於香港亦同樣深受歡迎。陳師傅特意推出龍蝦三式「芝」味火鍋,顧名思義,菜式將分別以三款不同「芝」態呈現於食客。第一款是藍黴芝士汁,芝士味較濃郁且略帶杏仁香味,是三大藍芝士之一;第二款是帶輕微鹹味的車打芝士汁;最後一款則是味道帶小酸,俗稱水牛芝士的莫薩里拉芝士汁。三款芝士汁都各有特色,食客可選擇將主角波士頓龍蝦沾上其中一款芝士汁,盡情品嘗誘人芝味。

自助餐桌上的食物應有盡有,包括即叫即切的特選刺身 (三文魚、吞拿魚、希靈魚、八爪魚等)及壽司、海鮮拼盤 (開邊龍蝦、麵包蟹、藍青口、黃金螺、松葉蟹腳及海蝦等)。同時大力推介竹籠花雕蒸蝦配糯米、燒羊架配燒蒜及露絲瑪莉、龍蝦配鮑魚汁伊麵等。餐廳更提供每日不同的精選烤肉、中式點心、各式印度咖喱 (咖喱牛肉、咖喱什菜、咖喱雞肉)等美食,滿足食客的味蕾。

甜品一向都是以「第二個胃」來消化,來到自助晚餐尾聲,當然不能錯過琳瑯滿目的甜品!甜品桌上擺放着檸檬白朱古力紅桑子條、茱莉花朱古力餅、荔枝蘆薈啫喱、火焰雪山、任食Movenpick及Dreyer’s雪糕、朱古力噴泉等,款款賣相精緻,令人食指大動!

Café Rivoli presents Stone-grilled Seafood and Lobster Cheese Fondue Dinner Buffet to treat guests with rich cheeses, the freshest lobster and seafood from now till 28 February 2017.

The grilled to order Stone-grilled Seafood on the buffet table is highly recommended by Ken Chan, Executive Chef of the Hotel. Various seafood including tiger prawn, mussel, spider crab leg, brown crab and scallop will be served on the hot stone with a selection of sesame and lime sauce, mint and pineapple yoghurt, pomelo and ginger sauce or the Thai basil and tomato sauce.

Lobster Cheese Fondue is also one of the dishes that cannot be missed. Chef Ken presents the cheese fondue with cheese sauces of Gorgonzola, Cheddar and Mozzarella. Guests are recommended to taste the Boston lobster with the three different tempting sauces.

Besides the highlighted delicacies, Café Rivoli also features other specialities include Sashimi (Salmon, Tuna, Herring, Octopus) and Sushi, Seafood Platter (Lobster Platter, Brown Crab, Mussel, Golden Whelk, Crab Leg and Prawn), Steamed Shrimp with Chinese Wine and Glutinous Rice in Bamboo Basket, Grilled Lamb Rack with Roasted Garlic and Rosemary, Sauteed Lobster with Braised E-fu Noodles and Abalone Sauce, daily carving, Chinese dim sum, Indian curry and many others to satisfy different taste buds.

To perfect the dinner, a selection of colourful desserts are prepared for diners! Café Rivoli serves Lemon White Chocolate Raspberry Terrine, Jasmine 70% Chocolate Cake, Lychee and Aloe Vera Jelly, Giant Baked Alaska, Movenpick and Dreyer’s ice cream, Chocolate Fountain and more to give guests a sweet evening.
