由香港君悅酒店中菜廳港灣壹號特別以「君悅酒店恭賀新禧雞年好運」作開頭命名十二道寓意吉祥的新春精選意頭菜式,為節慶團圓帶來非一般味覺驚喜,開啓雞年豐盛的序幕。精選菜式包括︰老少皆平安(芝士焗鑲鮮蟹蓋)、腰纒富萬貫(豉髮菜蠔扎)及發財金元寶(蝦籽鮑魚百花鑲北菇)。

新春節慶菜譜於1月25日至2月6日午餐及晚時段供應。

One Harbour Road will offer guests an auspicious menu of 12 seasonal celebratory dishes. All the dishes have been named according to the Lunar New Year blessings. Highlights include “The Wellness of All” (Baked crab shell filled with fresh crab meat, cheese and onion), “The Splendid Fortune” (Braised sun dried oyster, sea moss and black mushroom with carrot) and “The Golden Gem” (Braised black mushroom filled with shrimp mousse and sea moss, fresh abalone).

Chinese New Year menu is available daily from 25th January to 6th February.
