以東岸海鮮菜為靈感的 Cull ’N Pistol,首次呈獻節日菜單,炮製出一系列海鮮佳餚,配以精選美酒,與客人慶祝佳節來臨。餐廳同時推出全新散點菜單、晚市套餐及下午茶套餐,於各個時段帶來全新美食。

聖誕菜單

由 12 月 10 日至 24 日供應的聖誕菜單$308/位,另設加一服務費),包羅頭盤、主菜和甜點共三道菜式。聖誕大餐會先奉上「新英倫馬賽魚湯」,配以蜆、青口和芝士多士,鮮甜濃郁。主菜「煙肉配火雞」,火雞肉內釀入栗子和蘋果,肉質嫩滑多汁,外層再裹上香脆煙肉,口感非常豐富,加上紅莓汁和砵酒汁,充滿節日氣氛。最後會以「聖誕布丁」作結,暖烘烘的布丁,綴以糖煮核桃、肉桂、蜜糖吉士和雲呢嗱雪糕,為客人送上窩心暖意。

平安夜菜單

於 12 月 24 日晚上,餐廳推出平安夜套餐$488/位,另設加一服務費),頭盤可選「烤雅枝竹沙律」「海鮮馬賽魚湯」「香煎帶子」,煎至外層香脆的帶子,肉質爽嫩,伴以茴香蓉和藜麥,配搭清新。主菜提供海鮮和肉食選擇,包括「虎蝦墨汁意粉」「炭燒波士頓龍蝦」「烤澳洲羊架」;一眾牛扒迷可選10 安士烤愛爾蘭肉眼扒」,口感柔嫩富肉汁,配蘆筍、蜜糖紅菜頭和紅酒汁品嘗,香濃惹味。甜點方面,客人可從「焗芝士蛋糕」「松露朱古力撻」中二選一,後者以 74% 比利時朱古力炮製,味道香醇濃郁,加上熱情果和雲呢嗱慕絲點綴,酸香醒胃。節日當然不少得美酒佐餐,套餐另包紅酒一杯,讓大家舉杯慶祝平安夜。

除夕菜單

於除夕夜,餐廳特別推出節日菜單$1,088/兩位,另設加一服務費),與客人一同迎接 2017 的來臨。晚餐開始前,會先奉上香檳兩杯和開胃菜「新鮮生蠔」,甘香肥美的法國生蠔,分別配以魚子醬、醃薑和海帶沙律,帶出生蠔的不同味道層次。於套餐中,客人同樣可自選菜式,頭盤選擇包括「龍蝦濃湯」「三文魚他他」「油封鴨沙律」。主菜方面,推介「亞拉斯加蟹細扁麵」,意粉配以番紅花白汁,加上青蔥、芫荽和檸檬,味道更添清新。另外,亦可選8 安士安格斯牛柳」「烤波士頓龍蝦」作主菜。最後有「覆盆子朱古力慕絲」「檸檬批」兩款甜點以供選擇,鬆脆撻皮內是酸甜軟滑的檸檬餡,配以輕盈的意大利軟芝士泡沫,為除夕大餐作結。

散點菜單

頭盤「香煎吞拿魚」($158),特別融入東南亞風味,吞拿魚灑上 Cajun 粉煎香,鮮嫩惹味,另配以辣根醋汁、芒果莎莎和海帶沙律,口感倍添開胃。適合聚會分享的小吃「香炸蝦粒」($138),海蝦炸至金黃香脆,肉質爽甜,簡單伴以他他醬品嘗,非常惹味。

主菜部分,同樣帶來一系列全新海鮮美食。像「帶子墨汁細扁麵」($178),伴以日本刺身級帶子和番茄,加上海膽、龍蝦濃湯和白蘭地煮成的醬汁,滿載鮮味。以西班牙海鮮飯為靈感的「新英倫雜燴飯」($228),豬腩肉以辣椒醬和白酒炒香,飯粒則加入蔬菜湯和海鮮調味粉燴煮,軟糯的飯粒散發着香料濃郁味道,加上辣西班牙腸、腰豆等豐富配料,份外惹味。「炸魚漢堡包」($168),厚肉鮮嫩的炸魚柳,配以青瓜、番茄和松露蛋黃醬,入口散發陣陣松露香,口感層次豐富。客人可另加配菜享用,如「忌廉菠菜」($48)「紅菜頭薯條」($48)等,令海鮮大餐更完滿。

晚市套餐

於晚市菜單$328/位,另設加一服務費)中,客人可自選頭盤、主菜及甜點,組合心水套餐。頭盤便提供「新英倫周打蜆湯」「蟹肉沙律」「煙雞肉配粟米薯仔沙律」三個選擇。推介「蟹肉沙律」,底層是以番茄和青檸汁製成的啫喱,鋪上拉斯加珍寶蟹肉、青蘋果和牛油果,酸甜開胃,為客人清新味蕾。主菜部分,一眾海鮮迷可選「炭燒龍蝦」「烤三文魚羅勒青醬意大利飯」,前者選用加拿大龍蝦,肉質厚嫩爽甜,配以時令蔬菜、牛油清和烤檸檬,鮮味十足;意大利飯以香蒜醬燴煮,味道清新,配上以紅椒粉焗製的三文魚,入口帶淡淡煙燻香。非海鮮選擇則有10 安士肉眼扒」,伴以時令蔬菜、薯條和紅酒汁,適合一眾牛扒愛好者。吃至尾聲,可選「香蕉拖肥批」「軟心朱古力蛋糕」作甜點。客人更可另加 $52 享用紅或白酒一杯,伴以海鮮美饌,更富風味。

下午茶套餐

餐廳新推出的下午茶套餐$328/兩位,另設加一服務費),以海鮮炮製成多款下午茶鹹點,包括「生蠔杯」,伏特加、Tabasco 等自家製成的 Bloody Mary,味道酸甜醒胃,配以爽口的法國生蠔,鮮味更濃。還有「龍蝦包」「吉列炸魚手指」「凍蝦杯」,為客人延續鮮味。當然亦不少得經典下午茶小食「炸雞翼」「迷你漢堡」,選以安格斯牛肉製成,肉嫩多汁,非常惹味。甜點部分,則有「芝士蛋糕」「朱古力布朗尼」。套餐另包有汽葡萄酒半支,讓客人好好享受下午茶悠閒時光。

Celebrate this holiday season with our festive seasonal menus, guaranteed to keep you deliciously satisfied, all season. We bring an early start to the holidays with a Thanksgiving Set Menu available from November 24th to 27th, followed by a December Menu from the 10th to the 24th of the month. Grab you family, grab your closest friends and make merry with us this Christmas Eve, and on the 31st for our New Year’s Eve Menu!

Loyal fans of our rustic seafood-centric fare won’t miss out with a brand new array of ocean-fresh classics on our à la carte menu, dinner set menu and delicious tea set for two, perfect for sharing with your loved ones.

 

December Christmas Menu:

Our special December Christmas Menu starts off with our signature New England Bouillabaisse, made with fresh surf clams and mussels, topped with a grilled cheese crouton. Savour a taste of the holidays next with a traditional Turkey Plate, showcasing crispy bacon wrapped around poached turkey breast, chestnut & apple stuffing and roasted vegetables, topped with seasonal cranberry and port jus. End the holidays on a sweet note with our warm Christmas Pudding with candied walnuts, cinnamon & honey custard and vanilla bean ice cream.

Available from December 10th-24th at $308 per person, the 3-course set menu can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner.

 

Christmas Eve Menu:

Leave the cooking to us and celebrate Christmas Eve at Cull ‘n Pistol with our exquisite set menu, starring succulent Japanese Pan Fried Scallops with fennel purée, quinoa and shiso cress, followed by your choice of main, including a succulent 10oz Pan-Roasted Irish Rib Eye Steak served with asparagus, honey beetroot and a velvety red wine sauce. For a lighter alternative, indulge in our Char-Grilled Half Boston Lobster alongside fire-roasted corn and a butternut square. To end the eve on a merry high, chocolate lovers will adore the sumptuous Chocolate Truffle Tart made with 74% Belgian chocolate, served with vanilla mousse and fresh passion fruit.

Sip on a complimentary glass of our finest house red wine while enjoying the 3-course Christmas Eve Menu available exclusively for dinner on the 24th of December at $488 per guest.

 

New Year’s Eve Menu:

This year as we bring you Cull ‘N Pistol’s finest to celebrate New Year’s Eve! Start off with our complimentary amuse bouche of 3 Natural Oysters from France, each topped with caviar, pickled ginger or seaweed salad, paired with a glass of bubbly on the house for each guest. For appetizers, there are plenty of fish in the sea, but none like our Salmon Tartare with cucumber, wasabi and vinaigrette. Let us take you across the world for your mains with a taste of our delicious Alaskan Crab Linguine with saffron velouté, scallions, parsley and notes of zesty lemon. Don’t forget to save space while counting down to 2017 for our heavenly Tarte au Citron with creamy mascarpone foam to end the year on a refreshing note!

Available at $1088 for 2 persons, the 3-course set menu can be enjoyed for dinner on the 31st of December 2016.

New Menu Items:

Inspired by New England’s storied seafood traditions, we’ve brought some familiar home-style favourites with a Cull ‘N Pistol twist to our à la carte menu. The Seared Tuna ($158) is the ideal appetizer, lightly pan-seared and sprinkled with Cajun powder, topped with horseradish vinaigrette, tangy mango and seaweed, guaranteed to get your taste buds tingling. Our crispy Popcorn Shrimp ($138) from the Philippines are made for sharing, deep-fried golden and dipped in tartare sauce.

For those who need something more substantial, our delectable Scallop & Ink Linguini ($178) is a pure taste of ocean-sweet freshness, enrobed in a creamy sea urchin sauce. Comfort food lovers will adore the Fried Fish Sandwich ($168), a luxurious take on the traditional seaside classic, sandwiching a battered fish fillet between butter lettuce, cucumber, tomato and truffle mayonnaise, while the New England Dirty Rice ($228) is a plate of pure hearty goodness inspired by the popular paella, with spicy Spanish sausage, kidney beans, pork belly, peppers, scallions and Old Bay-seasoned arroz. For a full meal, pair any of the dishes – or enjoy them all on their own – with delicious sides like our Creamed Spinach ($48) or a plate of crispy Beetroot Fries ($45).

 

New Dinner Set Menu:

Start your evening with a light Crab Salad, showcasing Alaskan jumbo crab lumps with confit tomato and apple & tomato lime jelly, followed by your choice of mains between a boat-fresh Canadian Char-Grilled Half Lobster with seasonal vegetables, drawn butter and grilled lemon or a hearty Roast Salmon pan-seared to flaky perfection with paprika, pesto risotto and shaved Parmesan. End with everyone’s firm favourite, our signature Banoffee Pie, drizzled with salted caramel and fresh seasonal fruits.

Priced at $328 per person, the 3-course set dinner menu is paired with a glass of our house red or house white for an additional $52 per glass.

Tea Set For Two:

Indulge your senses with our oceanic Tea Set for Two, offering seafood-themed delights such as French oyster shooters mixed with a homemade Bloody Mary, lobster rolls, fish fingers, and shrimp cocktails, as well as an array of American classics like mini Angus beef burgers and tender chicken wings, creamy cheesecakes and rich chocolate brownies. Together with a complimentary half bottle of our finest sparkling wine, this tea set is available at $328 for two.
